- 1,674,641 individuals empowered with cardiovascular health knowledge through community events and outreach programs.
- 32,415 people connected and motivated through online platforms and initiatives.
- 500 individuals participated in in-person training sessions, laying the groundwork for project expansion.
Building Capacity on the Ground: Empowering Health Agents
- 485 health agents identified and screened, establishing a widespread network of support.
- 85 health agents comprehensively trained and equipped to conduct cardiovascular screenings throughout Kigali.
- 20 screening corners strategically located to increase accessibility for the community.
